Refund / Cancellation Policy

We relies on this Refund Policy to ensure customer satisfaction. When a customer contacts us by phone or email, our initial response is to assist getting technical support or customer product. However, in some cases our solution may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a refund may be processed.

We will, in its sole and absolute discretion, allow for the refund of the fee paid in exchange for our products within 14 days from the date of the first payment. Do write in for exchange or refunds.

REASONS WHY A REFUND MAY BE ISSUED

We has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing a quality product. To promote customer satisfaction, We reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:

  1. If the customer provides a valid reason for requesting a refund within 14 days of purchase;
  2. If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized;
  3. If the customer provides a valid report that the items are defective or damaged;
  4. For any other reason We deems appropriate

To cancel an order, please email to and state your order id and reasons for cancellation. Please note that cancellation is on case to case basis.
